After ten years of business we felt we needed some external input on how we could develop our business. So, we initially interviewed three potential coaches.
When you meet Laurence for the first time you can’t help but like his enthusiasm and approach. I think we had made the decision to work with him before he left the building. In practice the coaching has been what we thought it might be, a challenge as it requires us and the business to look at things differently, challenge our perspectives and take on board new ideas.
There are times when I feel like I’ve been in a tumble dryer and others when I have that eureka moment when all the pieces fall in to place. But, it is a company journey and some change is instant, some takes a little longer. But the results of Laurence’s input is there and we are seeing positives changes in what we do and how we do it.
We have a plan and are moving forward to make it a reality.
