Be certain to give yourself one day a fortnight to really focus on you! This is a perfect opportunity to relax, refresh and re-energize yourself and keep you performing at an optimum level. A little preparation goes a long way, so plan your ME day ahead of time. If you do not feel 100%, you cannot expect to give 100% to your business.
